CPPI awarded Lewis Gale Medical Center helipad expansion contract
Roanoke, Va. – January 15, 2018 – CPPI was recently selected as the construction manager for the $2.3 million HCA helipad expansion project at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Roanoke.
The expansion project will add a new elevator tower and helipad structure above the third level of the existing emergency room/operating room suite at Lewis Gale. Construction will also include expansion of support spaces on the ground and second floor.
CPPI’s selection for this project will further the brand’s name recognition and reputation for excellence in the Roanoke area. CPPI’s Vinnie Moreschi, Principal and Vice President, Healthcare Division, said “Our selection for the helipad project is a direct result of the great work performed by CPPI’s Lewis Gale Freestanding Emergency Room team, who completed the facility last November. This award provides us the opportunity to further our relationships with the local community, trade contractors, vendors and the facility, as we continue to expand our brand in the Roanoke, Virginia area.”
CPPI is set to begin construction on the Lewis Gale Medical Center helipad expansion in March 2018, and is estimated to complete it in August 2018.
