CPPI Awarded Blake Medical Center Addition and Renovation

Bradenton, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is thrilled to announce that in Spring 2021, the team will begin construction on a renovation and addition to Blake Medical Center, an HCA Healthcare facility in Bradenton, Fla.

The project will consist of a 12,800 square feet addition to the existing 1st floor Surgery unit, adding 4 new operating rooms. In Surgery Support, 12,000 square feet will undergo renovation to add 11 post-anesthesia care units and upgrade the physician’s lounge and locker rooms, as well as cart wash.

A renovation on the 5th floor will add a 10,500 square foot, 12-bed Intensive Care Unit.

In addition, the facility’s 12,000 square foot existing kitchen and dining area will undergo a complete renovation.

Blake Medical Center is a 383-bed tertiary hospital that has served Manatee County since 1973, according to their website.
