June 15, 2018

Gainesville, Fla. – On Thursday, June 14th, CPPI and Exactech, Inc. celebrated the grand opening of Exactech’s new parking garage at Exactech corporate headquarters in Gainesville. The CPPI project team and Exactech employees joined together for a reception with food and beverages on the first floor of the new garage.

The parking garage facility is a 216,500 square foot, four-story structure with 592 automobile parking spaces, 14 bicycle parking spaces, and 10 motorcycle parking spaces. The garage layout includes a center ramp, with four stair towers and one elevator. A special feature of the garage is the Exactech logo, which is largely displayed on the front of the facility and is illuminated at night.

Completion of the new parking garage marks the first step in Exactech’s larger expansion plan. Exactech employees will also see a 67,000 square foot expansion to their corporate headquarters, scheduled to be completed at the end of 2018. With expanded parking, manufacturing, and office space, Exactech will be better equipped as the company continues to grow in the joint replacement industry.

The parking garage facility is located steps from the Exactech corporate office at 2320 NW 66th Court in Gainesville.
