In just a few short weeks, the CPPI team has hit the ground running on the Eustis High School expansion and addition project for Lake County Schools, with site clearing, grading, and early foundation work now underway across campus. Heavy demolition work is complete, and foundations for the new weight room and classroom building are already in progress.
With the help of the design team of BBM Structural and Stratus, and in collaboration with VMG Construction, Mack Contracting, ESI, Tharp Plumbing Systems, and Energy Air, this multi-phase project will bring more than 54,000 square feet of new space to Eustis High School, along with upgraded parking and campus infrastructure. Students will have modernized classrooms and athletic facilities, and new spaces to gather and eat.
