Bryan Harrington Joins CPPI as VP of North Central Florida Region
Gainesville, Fla. — Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is proud to announce the appointment of Bryan Harrington as the Vice President/Regional Manager of the North Central Florida region. Harrington, a construction industry veteran with nearly 20 years of experience, will play a pivotal role in leading strategic growth initiatives in Alachua and surrounding counties while further cultivating client relationships within the region.
Harrington will oversee various strategic opportunities in his new role, offering in-depth strategies to enhance client relationships and foster market growth. His comprehensive knowledge of construction management operations and business development strategy will continue to elevate CPPI’s client services across both the private and public sectors.

A double Gator, he holds both a Bachelor of Science in Food and Resource Economics and a Master of Science in Agribusiness from The University of Florida. He is a LEED AP BD+C certified professional and has worked on numerous green building projects throughout North Central Florida.
A Gainesville resident of more than 25 years, Harrington is an active member of the local community. For 15 years, he’s been heavily involved in the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF), holding significant leadership roles, including President in 2020. In addition to BANCF, Harrington served on the Greater Gainesville Chamber’s Board of Directors from 2015 to 2020, including a term as Board Chair in 2019. A past chair of the Junior Achievement Board of Directors and President of the Rotary Club of Gainesville Sunrise, Harrington loves this community and gives back whenever and wherever he can.
He has also served as a mentor to students at Newberry High School and the University of Florida. He is an active member of Westside Baptist Church, serving as a life group leader, deacon, and currently Chair of the Stewardship Council.
