CPPI Promotes Wendi Ward to Project Director

Fort Myers, Fla. — Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce that Wendi Ward has been promoted to serve as Project Director for the Fort Myers region. 

In this role, Ward will provide valuable expertise for projects across all market segments and work with the Fort Myers team to further strengthen CPPI resources in the Southwest Florida region.  

With more than 33 years of experience in the construction industry, Ward has delivered an impressive portfolio of projects across Florida. Since joining CPPI in 2015 after many successful years in other segments of the construction industry, she has played an instrumental role on countless healthcare and education projects. Some recent projects of note include the Daytona State College Law Enforcement Firearms and Tactical Training Facility, the University of Central Florida Research 1 project, and eight free standing emergency rooms across the state for HCA Florida, Orlando Health, and Sarasota Memorial Hospital.  

Ward earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and is a LEED Accredited Professional with BD+C designation. She is a CICTI Certified Healthcare Manager and a licensed state of Florida Building Contractor.
