CPPI Breaks Ground on HCA Florida Pea Ridge Freestanding Emergency
Pace, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of the HCA Florida Pea Ridge Emergency Facility. This state-of-the-art project, an extension of HCA Florida West Hospital, marks a significant milestone in providing critical healthcare infrastructure to the southern Santa Rosa County community.
Conveniently located on Highway 90 in Pace, Fla., the new freestanding emergency facility will be an essential addition to the healthcare landscape, catering to the community’s growing needs. Spanning 11,021 square feet, it will house ten fully-equipped exam rooms, ensuring efficient and comprehensive patient care. It will also feature a range of essential medical services, including lab, ultrasound, CT scanner, and X-ray capabilities. These advanced diagnostic facilities will enable prompt and accurate assessments, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
Emphasizing efficiency and quality, the facility will be a steel-framed structure featuring cutting-edge BLOX Uber modular prefabricated components. This innovative construction approach optimizes productivity, reduces waste, and ensures consistent, high-quality standards, making it a landmark project in healthcare construction.
BLOX modular prefabricated healthcare components represent a revolutionary approach to building medical facilities with efficiency and precision. Developed by Alabama-based company BLOX, these components are key elements of their Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) continuum. BLOX uses manufacturing technologies to fabricate standardized building components in a controlled factory environment, such as ceiling racks, surgical racks, hospital headwalls with electrical and medical gas systems, and complete bathroom modules with plumbing. These prefabricated elements, ranging from smaller pieces to large “uber modules,” are designed to seamlessly fit together like Russian nested dolls, enabling rapid and precise assembly on-site.
CPPI is honored to partner with HCA West Florida Hospital on this endeavor. On July 11, HCA Florida Healthcare, CPPI, and community members celebrated the project’s groundbreaking, and we anticipate the completion of the HCA Florida Pea Ridge Emergency Facility to become a beacon of healthcare excellence for the community of Pace, Florida.
“We are excited to break ground on the HCA Florida Pea Ridge Emergency facility, a transformative healthcare project that will positively impact the Pace community,” said Vinnie Moreschi, Executive Vice President/Principal of CPPI. “CPPI is committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of this project, and we look forward to working closely with HCA Florida Healthcare and BLOX to create a state-of-the-art medical facility that will serve the needs of patients for years to come.”
