Lee Pouncey Joins CPPI as Project Director for North Florida Region

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce that Lee Pouncey has joined the firm as a Project Director for the North Florida region.

A 25-year veteran of the industry and long-time fixture in Jacksonville, Pouncey brings extensive knowledge of healthcare and commercial construction to the firm. Highly skilled in value engineering, cost management, project scheduling, project estimation, and quantity surveying, he has overseen the delivery of an impressive portfolio of healthcare projects throughout the Southeast. A few of his recent projects of note include Ascension St. Vincent’s Clay County Hospital in Middleburg and the UF Health North 92-bed inpatient tower in Jacksonville.

In his new role at CPPI, Pouncey will provide executive-level management and mentorship to the firm’s healthcare project teams, leading operations in the firm’s top-tier delivery of safe and successful projects. He will also oversee the expansion of client engagement to drive the firm’s top-tier services within the healthcare and commercial markets.

Pouncey earned a Bachelor of Science in Resource Management from Troy State University. In his downtime, he enjoys running, golfing, and spending time with his daughters outdoors.
