CPPI Completes Magnolia School in Orlando

Orlando, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) recently finished the Magnolia School, which hosted an Open House to reveal the new facility on August 6.

Built on its existing campus in Orlando, Fla., the new 70,674 square-foot Magnolia School building is an education center serving students with mental, developmental, and physical challenges, according to their website. In this new, cutting-edge facility, the school will continue to lead in the advancement in a variety of educational programs.

Providing a capacity for 157 students, the facility features 26 classrooms and multipurpose labs. A Culinary Arts lab, Agriculture lab, Life Skills lab, Commercial Laundry lab, Small Home Economics lab, and a Sensory Room are just a few of the types of educational enrichment atmospheres and curriculums offered in the school. It also hosts a media center with a CCTV studio, a multipurpose room, a cafeteria with a performance stage, a 1,500 square-foot greenhouse, and a single secure, public entrance.

In addition to the school, CPPI is currently building a Learning Center, an expanded parking lot, and two new drop-off loops on campus.

Once complete, the 74,713 square-foot Learning Center facility will feature classrooms, a music lab, a full gymnasium, a culinary arts lab, an industrial arts lab, a tool shop, and much more. The parking lot, which will be complete in December, will host 318 parking spots. The Learning Center is slated for completion next spring.
