2022-23 CPPI Scholars Announced
Gainesville, Fla. – CPPI is thrilled to announce Sydney Munkelwitz and Liam Peterson as the winners of this year’s Charles Perry Partners Incorporated Scholarship Fund, which is coordinated in partnership with the Community Foundation of North Central Florida.
These two young people exemplify academic excellence, community involvement, and dedication to success. Each of them will receive a $1,000 scholarship to further their education this fall. We are proud of these students and look forward to following their achievements.
Sydney Munkelwitz, of Inverness, Fla., plans to attend the College of Central Florida to pursue a bachelor’s in Education. She graduates from Citrus High School in Inverness magna cum laude and with a certification in early childhood care. She also is a certified hair stylist. In her downtime, she loves to read and hang out with her friends. Munkelwitz is the daughter of Superintendent Phil Munkelwitz.
Liam Peterson, of Gainesville, Fla., plans to attend study Construction Management through the Santa Fe College and University of Florida joint-track program. He graduates from F. W. Buchholz High School in Gainesville as a two-time letterman in Lacrosse. His hobbies include working on his truck and going to the beach. Peterson is the son of Project Director Calvin Peterson.
