Steve Baranello Joins CPPI as Senior Superintendent in Georgia and South Carolina

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Baranello as a Senior Superintendent in the southeastern regions of Georgia and South Carolina.

Baranello brings more than 20 years of experience in managing construction projects for commercial, K-12, higher education, and healthcare clients. He is certified in OSHA 30, ICRA Awareness in Healthcare Facilities, and Dale Carnegie leadership training. In 2017, he was named the Construction Supervisor of the Year by the Associated Construction General Contractors of Connecticut (AGC-CT).

Notable projects throughout his career include the brand new Ella T. Grasso Southeastern Technical High School and the Orville H. Platt High School multi-phase renovation project.

In his downtime, Baranello enjoys playing golf, hiking with his dogs, and target shooting.
