Kelly George Joins CPPI as Director of Human Resources

Gainesville, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce that Kelly George has joined the executive team as Director of Human Resources.

Ms. George will be responsible for all aspects of CPPI’s human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and leadership development.

“Kelly is a results-focused leader and brings more than 20 years of proven commitment within the human resources arena to the CPPI family. The executive team is looking forward to her innovative and fresh perspective,” said CPPI President/Principal Brian K. Leslie.

Before joining CPPI, Ms. George served as Human Resources Director at Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc., an environmental consulting firm with employees in 20 offices located in 9 states. She received her bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in human resources and employee relations from Pennsylvania State University. She has also earned professional HR certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management.

“Being part of the North Central Florida community, I have spent many years witnessing the positive impacts left by CPPI and the structures they build. It’s a very exciting opportunity to join the CPPI family and be part of something bigger than ourselves,” said Ms. George.

In her downtime, Ms. George loves spending time with her family, watching college sports, and Premier League Soccer. She is also the President of the North Central Florida Society for Human Resource Management, spending much of her time coaching and mentoring other HR professionals seeking to develop successful careers in the field.
