Jamie Sandifer Joins CPPI as VP of Business Development
Gainesville, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce that Jamie Sandifer has joined the firm as Vice President of Business Development in North Florida.
Sandifer will oversee various strategic opportunities and provide in-depth strategies to client relationships and market growth within the region to enhance CPPI’s client services in both the private and public sectors.
A demonstrated leader in marketing, business development strategy, and project oversight in capital development, Sandifer brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm. She has worked closely with national and local healthcare systems, and will leverage her experience in the market sector to grow CPPI’s footprint in the healthcare market of North Florida.

Born in Jacksonville, raised on Amelia Island, and a resident of Jacksonville since graduating college, Sandifer serves as a Trustee on the Jax Chamber, and is a member of the Jax Chamber Governmental Affairs Committee, Industry Affairs. She also serves on the UFHealth Leadership Council, the Advisory Board for Build Up Downtown and the Board of Directors at Jacksonville’s Young Lives ministry.

Sandifer is a graduate of Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate.
In her downtime, Sandifer likes to spend time with her two children, Paige and Cole, who are her pride and joy. She is a lover of adventure, live music, and enjoying the outdoors, especially anywhere on the water. She loves to travel, is a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, and enjoys college football and horseback riding.
