CPPI appoints new Chief Financial Officer Chris Bryan

Gainesville, Fla. – Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) announced today that Chris Bryan, MBA, MA, will join the construction management firm as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Bryan brings over 25 years of construction and project accounting, financial planning, and corporate strategic development experience to CPPI. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance – Executive Development from the University of West Florida, a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Mercer University, and a Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University.

“I am thrilled to join the team at CPPI and look forward to working with key business partners and clients as we continue to prepare for the future,” Bryan said.

As CFO, Bryan will lead the financial operations of CPPI. He will prepare internal and external financial statements, track key performance metrics, and develop initiatives to optimize financial performance for the regions in which CPPI operates. He will also assist Chairman Breck Weingart and President Brian Leslie in strategic decision-making. Bryan’s education and industry experience will be invaluable in his new role.
