Brian Carswell Joins CPPI as Healthcare Superintendent

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is pleased to announce the addition of Brian Carswell as a Superintendent to our Healthcare Division.

Carswell brings more than 15 years of construction expertise to the firm, particularly in serving the nation’s top healthcare service providers. He is certified in Construction Infection Control Training and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Planning.

Notable projects throughout his career include the St. Joseph Hospital South Expansion in the Tampa Bay area and major renovations to the AdventHealth Tampa hospital system’s Women’s Center, Pediatrics unit, and its Operating Rooms.

Carswell will join the CPPI team in the Tampa Bay area to oversee daily strategic operations at healthcare facility jobsites while implementing the highest level of safety standards to keep patients and workers safe. He will maintain the day-to-day relationships with clients, trades, agencies, and employees, as well as manage the daily performance of all onsite trades.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and enjoys boating and fishing in his downtime.
