Northeast Regional Transportation Management Center

The Northeast Regional Transportation Management Center was a 25,000 SF single story service building constructed within the master planned Jacksonville Regional Service Center. The vacant parcel that this facility was built on contained existing underground infrastructure as sized for stormwater collection with piping to existing retention pond, plus existing water and sewer mains. Building features include a brick veneer, a sloped metal roof and a mechanical attic.
