New Tax Collector’s Building

This project consists of the construction of the new Tax Collector’s Building which is approximately 16,000 square feet and includes covered exterior areas designated for vehicle identification number (VIN) inspections. Designed to improve operational efficiency and service delivery, the facility also features a certified driving course that meets all DMV requirements, allowing for the simultaneous administration of up to three driving tests. The site’s master plan includes provisions for future expansion, with infrastructure and grading in place to accommodate an additional building pad capable of supporting a structure of approximately 6,000-square-feet, along with the necessary parking facilities.
