Manufacturing Building Addition & Parking Garage

This project consisted of the construction of a new manufacturing building and parking garage on Exactech Inc.’s campus. Approximately 54,000 square feet of the new building is office and multi-use space, with the remaining 13,000 square feet for Exactech manufacturing processes. This expansion to the Exactech headquarters supports the orthopaedic implant manufacturer’s continued growth. CPPI also constructed a new 592-space parking garage as part of this project.
