This project consists of the construction of a new racquet center and storage building for the Lake Kennedy Park community. The facility includes 12 tennis courts, 32 pickleball courts, and a new building. The building contains a pro shop, concessions, restrooms, staff offices, covered seating, and storage areas for both concessions and equipment. Additional project scope includes sitework, utilities, and parking.
