Judicial Center Phase I & II

Phase I of the Lake County Judicial Center complex consisted of the 320 office building, a parking garage and a central energy plant. The 320 building houses the offices of the County Tax Collector and the County Property Appraiser. The parking garage accommodates 1,800 vehicles. The central energy plant produces the HVAC chilled water systems to service the existing courthouse facility and is sized for future capacity for the expansion of the courthouse. Phase II consisted of an expansion of the existing Lake County Courthouse building.
