Continuing Service Contracts – Higher Education

CPPI holds continuing service contracts with many universities and colleges throughout the Southeast. These contracts typically consist of projects with a construction budget under $7,500,000. Project scopes vary within each contract and may include:

• Renovations
• New construction
• Infrastructure
• ADA / code corrections
• Equipment installation
• Envelope upgrades

Continuing service contract projects typically take place on active and occupied campuses. CPPI prioritizes the safety of all students, staff, and visitors while minimizing impacts to the daily operation of any surrounding facilities.
