The project consisted of the addition of a new multi-story wing to the existing Brooks College of Health. The building is used primarily by the School of Nursing and Student Health Services. The new addition included 38,864 square feet of classrooms, laboratories, support facilities, offices for the Director of Nursing, student lounges, meeting rooms, classrooms, simulation labs, and computer labs. The Student Health Services component of the facility included administrative offices, doctors offices, exam rooms, patient counseling, lab rooms, a pharmacy, and support spaces.
