Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is excited to announce that the Lake County Courthouse project was featured in the 2010-2020 Retrospective of Courthouse Design by the National Center for State Courts.
Serving as the General Contractor on the project, CPPI delivered a fully accessible, sustainable, and modernized facility designed by the S/L/A/M Collaborative, formerly Heery Design.
The 168,000 square-foot courthouse was the final phase and centerpiece of the Lake County Government Complex. It serves as a major focal to downtown Tavares, and was a springboard for city redevelopment.
