Class is in session at Oneco Elementary School, as it has been throughout its renovation! This project was phased over the course of multiple years, so that construction didn’t impact instruction. The renovation was completed 2 months early, clocking in at 2.5 years total.
- 2 new buildings: a combined media and administration building and a PE building
- Optimized on-site traffic queuing and parking lot configuration to improve the parent drop-off and pick-up experience
- Campus safety and security upgrades
- Technology infrastructure improvements
- Comprehensive HVAC upgrade, including new central energy plant systems and piping
We’re grateful that the School District of Manatee County entrusted our Tampa team with this project, and we’re excited for the impact that the upgraded facility will have on Oneco students!
